Guarantee/Warranty
All items are delivered with standard warranty (unless otherwise specified in the product page) to protect the customers from any manufacturing defect. If you have any problems with your order, please notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns, and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the product. We will replace or repair the damaged products free of cost with shipping prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To exchange a product, firstly, please send the photos of the damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages and decide the best way to exchange or return the product. If the particular item is not in stock to replace, we will provide a full refund.
100% Refund/Replacement
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality products as mentioned on the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch, or parts missing, etc., we provide a 2-day time frame (from the date of order delivery) to report the complaint. Kindly raise a ticket from the website by clicking on the support page. Our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue an RMA number to return the material. Once we receive the product, our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer with shipping cost prepaid by us. In case we do not have the product in stock to provide a replacement, we will issue a 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way. Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. MACFOS LIMITED reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Canceling An Order
If you want to cancel your order, you can ask us (by Email only) to cancel your order or update an address. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in the status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or canceled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter or cancel it. In some cases, order cancellation may attract a 5% bank charge depending on the payment methods used by the customer (this is because most payment gateway providers collect their commission even if the order is canceled and refunded). Due to the nature of the products we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without a valid reason. MACFOS LIMITED reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.
Return Guidelines
Once we confirm the faulty item cannot be repaired by the customer or by Remote Desktop (TeamViewer), we will issue the RMA Number, which you have to mention clearly on the shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
Limits Of Responsibility
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
